Alt Legal Trademark Protection is available as an optional add-on service to Alt Legal IP Docketing Software as well as a standalone service. Alt Legal Trademark Protection consists of our Trademark Application Match and our §2(d) Trademark Watch tools. Together, these tools track USPTO filings at critical points during the trademark prosecution process and alert you of potential infringement with plenty of time to develop an enforcement strategy and take action. Alt Legal makes it easy for you to docket a variety of disputes including TTAB proceedings, foreign oppositions and cancelations, litigation proceedings, demand letters, etc.
When docketing TTAB procedures, simply enter the USPTO proceeding number and Alt Legal will fetch the information about the matter. To enter the dates pertaining to the proceeding, just enter the date for the first entry. Alt Legal will then calculate the remaining dates for you, entering them into your docket. If an extension is filed and the dates change, you simply need to edit the relevant extension and Alt Legal will automatically update future deadlines.
