A Delhi court found Iswar Opticals has infringed on Luxottica’s trademarks. You might say they’re Ray Banned from creating lookalikes.
Levi’s has had enough of FullCount’s alleged counterfeiting and trademark infringement; they’ve filed a lawsuit against the company and two of its retailers, alleging “malicious intent” because of previous injunctions about the issue. It seems they were keeping tabs on FullCount’s use.
