Alt Legal and Trademark Administrators’ Exchange Mile High in Denver

On August 20, Alt Legal and the Trademark Administrators’ Exchange (TMAE) were in Denver for two exciting events.
First, the TMAE and Perkins Coie hosted “Live Learning in Denver,” a half-day education event specifically for trademark administrators (TMAs), including paralegals, legal assistants, docketers, and other nonattorney IP professionals. Participants learned how to implement emerging technologies into their daily work, heard preliminary results of a recent TMA salary survey, developed strategies for salary and benefit negotiations, networked with likeminded peers from the region, and gained valuable insights into the IP industry.
Next, Alt Legal and the Colorado Bar Association IP Law Section hosted a Happy Hour event on the beautiful rooftop of Viewhouse Eatery. Everyone enjoyed a fun evening of drinks, snacks, trademark talk, and networking.
