Olivia Clavio, Attorney at TYZ Law Group
Olivia Clavio’s practice focuses on the global acquisition, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. Olivia assists clients at all stages of the branding process, including searching, registering, and maintaining domestic and global trademark portfolios, developing and implementing domestic and international brand strategies, enforcing trademark and brand rights, packaging and label review, trade dress registration and enforcement, trademark licensing, due diligence in M&A and other business transactions, and negotiating intellectual property agreements. Olivia is also a co-founder of the firm’s Beauty & Wellness Practice, serving as its Brand and Advertising lead. Olivia also counsels on a variety of advertising, promotional, and marketing issues in traditional and digital commerce, including advertising claim development, substantiation, and defense of claims, drafting of contest and sweepstakes rules, social media interactive campaigns, user-generated content review, co-promotional agreements, and influencer agreements. Olivia assists with disputes at all stages, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, intellectual property enforcement and protection, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.
Sophia Ottinger, Director of Customer Support
When Sophia Ottinger was in utero, her mother was touching a computer and got struck by lightning, which imparted in Sophia the magic ability to intuitively understand all things tech. Fortunately for us and the world, Sophia only uses this ability for good as the Director of Customer Support at Alt Legal. Before finding her calling as a tech whisperer, Sophia got an art degree and attended law school. She and her wife have all the pets.
